Creating an invoice
  1. 1Select "Invoices" from the left menu and click "New invoice"
  2. 2Select a client from the dropdown (or create a new one with the "+" button)
  3. 3Add invoice lines: product/service, quantity, unit price, VAT rate
  4. 4Adjust the payment due date if needed (default: 14 days)
  5. 5Click "Save as draft" or "Send to client"
Invoice statuses
Draft — invoice is saved but not yet sent
Sent — invoice has been sent to the client and awaits payment
Paid — invoice has been paid

Quotes

A quote is a binding offer you send a client before issuing an invoice. Once they accept, convert it into an invoice in one click — line items and totals carry over automatically.

Creating a quote
  1. 1Select "Quotes" from the left menu and click "New quote"
  2. 2Select a client from the dropdown (or create a new one)
  3. 3Add quote lines: product/service, quantity, unit price, VAT rate
  4. 4Set how long the quote stays valid
  5. 5Click "Save as draft" or "Send to client"
Quote statuses
Draft — quote is saved but not yet sent
Sent — quote has been sent to the client and awaits a reply
Accepted — the client has accepted the quote
Rejected — the client did not accept the quote
Converting to an invoice

Once the client accepts, click "Convert to invoice" on the quote page — the system creates a new invoice with the same line items.

💡
TipA quote is not a VAT invoice and does not obligate the client to pay — it's a binding offer for a future sale.

Credit notes

A credit note is used to cancel or correct an invoice that has already been sent or paid. It's a formal document that references the original invoice and carries negative amounts.

Issuing a credit note
  1. 1Open the invoice you want to correct (must be sent or paid)
  2. 2Click "Issue credit note" and confirm
  3. 3The system automatically creates a new document referencing the original invoice
â„šī¸
TipA credit note can't be edited or deleted afterwards — it's the cleanest way to correct mistakes transparently.
